BACKSTORY:
When I visited Seattle for the first time, I was at the Public Market Center walking up the sidewalk with a coffee in hand when the sun set. It was as if someone just dusted the sky with gold. As the sun set, the air was filled with the redolence of freshly ground coffee. I can still close my eyes and remember the day. I crafted this bar in small batches to evoke the richness of Seattle's organic artisan coffee and her sunsets.
